About Martin Electric

In 1957, Martin Electric Company originated in El Campo, Texas. This is where you will find us today. Charles Martin began the company through rewinding and repairing electrical motors in his garage as well as providing field services and contracting. 

Since our humble beginning, we have expanded to an over 25,000 square foot facility which accommodates everything we need to get our job done safely and efficiently. Our facility includes all equipment needed for electric motor and generator repair/rewind, pole line construction, automation controls and electrical contracting. 

We have proudly served the greater Texas area for over 60 years and are currently led by the 2nd generation of the Martin family, Ken Martin. Ken graduated from Texas A & M University in 1977 and has served as the President of Martin Electric since 1993. He took what his father began in 1957 and has grown it into what the company is today. He still oversees each job that comes in our door and strongly believes that old fashioned values still stand. In turn, making our reputation amongst the best and strongest in the business.
